An update on the temporary pause in scheduling for certain roof repair projects tied to insurance claims, due to an ongoing dispute with a third-party claims services provider.

We want to provide transparency to our customers about a situation affecting the scheduling of some roof repair projects tied to insurance claims.

There is currently an ongoing dispute regarding the processing and disbursement of insurance claim proceeds by a third-party claims services provider involved with certain projects (AdjustPro Solutions). A legal action has been filed to resolve this dispute. Because the matter is pending, we are unable to share additional details at this time.

Until the necessary funds are confirmed and available, we cannot responsibly order materials and schedule crews without requesting additional out-of-pocket payment from homeowners. As a result, we have temporarily paused scheduling for affected roof projects.

What this means for affected customers

  • Project scheduling is temporarily paused while we work to confirm funding availability.
  • We will provide updates at least every 30 days, and sooner if there is a material change that affects scheduling.
  • If you have an urgent roof issue — an active leak, safety concern, or storm-related exposure — please contact us right away so we can discuss temporary mitigation options.

  • You may choose to wait for us to resume scheduling once funding is confirmed.
  • If you prefer to move forward sooner, you are free to work with another licensed contractor. We can provide referrals upon request.
